The team has extensive domain expertise, with over 50 years combined
Supply Chain and over 40 years combined enterprise application
integration experience.
Having taken several companies from modest beginnings to industry

President and COO |
With over 20 years of experience at the helm of two public and six startup firms, Andrew ably drives CME’s execution and manages operations. Previously, Andrew was President and COO of Softbooks, an electronic books company, that was sold for over $300 million to Gemstar/TV Guide. Andrew’s background includes several companies that provided software and services to the Fortune 500. In addition, Andrew has significant Government experience, having sold innovative computer solutions to the United States House of Representatives and the American Red Cross. Andrew, in addition to managing companies, also co-founded Bridgemere Capital, an investment banking firm that specialized in financing and restructuring early stage and venture backed technology companies.
Andrew’s education includes an MBA from Stanford University and a Bachelors Science in Economics and Business from Lehigh University.

Jim brings over 25 years of RFID, enterprise software and telecom sales experience. Prior to joining CME, he initiated the US RFID sales effort for Neology. Previously, he was Senior Vice President for IoWave, Inc., a global provider of wireless point to point microwave and broadband fixed wireless local loop (FWLL) solutions for the telecom, ISP and enterprise markets. Mr. Tomkins held the position of Executive Vice President for L-3 Communications, where he opened and staffed the European facility and oversaw all activities of the overseas offices. Previously he held the position of: Vice President of Sales and Marketing for ThunderWave, Inc., a Washington DC based interactive software developer and systems integrator; President of Interactive Solutions Group, a consulting firm that specializes in the identification, development, and implementation of Interactive Multi-Media (IMM) Broadband Markets; Vice President of TELE-TV, the partnership formed by Bell Atlantic, NYNEX, (now Verizon) and Pacific Telesis; and Executive Director for Bell Atlantic Video Services, a sister organization to TELE-TV. Mr. Tomkins went to Bell Atlantic from France Telecom, where he headed up the business unit responsible for the creation, development, and deployment of an interactive on-line electronic billing and remittance processing service in the United States. He graduated from Ryerson Polytechnical Institute and obtained an MBA from Rockhurst College, School of Management in Kansas City, Missouri.

Jeff Crisci |

With over 20 experience in US military
logistics and integration, Jeff manages CME’s sales efforts to the
Government and Military segments. Jeff’s experience encompasses a
breadth of roles in the military. Previously, Jeff was Chief,
Integration Division of the Logistics Information Agency (LIA)
within the Army. There, he oversaw the Army’s Total Distribution
Program, which had over a $50 million dollar budget. As Chief,
Systems Division of the Strategic Logistics Agency, Jeff awarded
over $150 million in contracts to support Army logistics. Jeff’s
education includes attending the Industrial College of the Armed
Forces, an MBA from Farleigh Dickinson University, and a BA from
Marist College.

Bob Frinier |
Vice President of Product
Strategy |
With almost 30 years of experience in the automotive and
manufacturing industries, Bob Frinier guides CME's product strategy.
Previously, Bob served as VP of Logistics for Nissan North America. At Nissan,
Bob managed a logistics operation with an annual budget of over $500 million.
Bob also served at Nissan Motor Manufacturing Corporation as Vice President,
with responsibilities for purchasing, planning, and production control. Prior
to Nissan, Bob worked at Ford as a Department Manager in charge of planning,
scheduling, and ordering parts for assembly. Bob's education includes an MBA and a Bachelors in
Industrial Management, both from the University of Southern California
